INDUSTRIAL DESIGN
Industrial design rights shall protect a three-dimensional or a two-dimensional design of the whole or a part of a product to the extent that it fulfils the requirements as to the novelty and an individual character.A design registration is valid for ten years from the application date, and may be renewed for four additional periods, each of five years.
